We receive a wide range of questions from the normal type to the extraordinary. We aim to respond to all the questions regarding our rentals as accurately and as helpfully as possible.

Yes, condominiums are lakefront and have a stunning lake view. The lake is about 300 yards downhill at the bottom of Treehouse property and can be accessed either on foot or by vehicle.

Full size kitchens are equipped with a modern oven and stove top, a full size fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffeemaker, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils. Linens & towels are supplied in each condominium, and there is a washer and dryer. There is also an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Additionally, all condos have an electric BBQ on their balconies. We do not allow gas or charcoal grills in the condos or at the property. Towels are provided for the fitness rooms and indoor pools. Guests are not allowed to use our towels for the outdoor pool or the lake.

This is a commonly asked question. There is both an outdoor pool and an indoor pool along with a hot tub that all Treehouse resort guests have access to. The pools do not have lifeguards and there are opening and closing hours.

From our resort to the city limits of Branson it is approximately 5 miles. We are 1.1 miles south of Silver Dollar City

Treehouse Resort has boat slips and we do have one boat slip available so if you need it be sure to specify that in your booking request. The resort is also close to both the Indian Point Marina and the Rock Lane Marina which are full service marinas offering everything from daily boat rentals to fuel. Both marinas offer daily slip rentals but you need to reserve early.

All of our condos are designated non-smoking. Smoking areas are available outside of the rooms.

Treehouse Condominium’s management does not allow guests of owners to have pets on the property. For that reason, none of our condo guests will be allowed to have a pet in them. Violations for breaking the No Pet policy will be a $250 cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds.

The Condos are not designated as handicap accessible, but they are customer friendly. Building 14 has a large elevator that gives access not only to the Condo units but also the indoor pool and fitness areas. Building 1, Unit 13, however, is up one flight of stairs and does have a loft as well and therefore is not wheelchair friendly. Here on Indian Point, virtually the entire peninsula is hilly and steep; however, guests who have difficulty with hills and steep stairs will be relieved to learn they can access their rooms easily.

Condominiums : for both our 3 bedroom condos, the rate covers up to 8 people in Building 14 and up to 9 people in Building 1, which includes children over the age of 2. Infants are not counted, and both units have a Pac-n-Play (i.e. portable crib) for infants.

All reservations have a minimum reservation requirement of three nights though this may vary for holiday periods. Treehouse 14-8 has a $300 refundable security deposit and Treehouse 1-13 has a $150 refundable security deposit. Each condominium has a one-time $95 cleaning fee. Both require a 50% minimum payment of the total amount required to book; which includes rental rate, security deposit and cleaning fee. The balance payment is to be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Check-in time is 4 p.m. or later; Check-out time is 11 a.m. or earlier. Early check-in and late check-out is by request only.

The cancellation policy is as follows: Reservations that are cancelled more than 60 days before arrival are fully 100% refundable. Reservations cancelled 31-60 days before arrival are 50% refundable. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less before arrival are non-refundable except for the cleaning and security deposits. No refunds for early departures. Security deposits are normally refunded two weeks following the end of the stay. You are responsible for the nights you have reserved. Date changes are possible, based on availability.

No, The condo has towels for guests. Additionally, the fitness center has towels for guests. 

Yes, the condominiums have WiFi for guests. Check-in instructions will provide you with the access codes.

Yes, Building 14 contains a fully equipped fitness center along with an indoor heated pool and hot tub available for use by all the condominiums of all Treehouse properties. Access instructions are available from the resort office during office hours. A liability waiver is required to use the Gym as well as the Indoor Pool and Jacuzzi. In addition there is an outdoor pool. Neither the outdoor pool or the indoor pool have lifeguards on duty.

There is an ice machine and ice can be purchased at the office. There are no food shop or food machines of any kind at Treehouse property. There is a Walmart and grocery store in Branson West (about 4 miles from the condo). There is also a little market just up the road about a ½ mile.

No, the condominiums are 100% owner-owned.
